FAQ
Our infrastructure and network are both physically located in Bulgaria's capital - Sofia. We currently provide servers in only one location due to the fact that our equipment is based here and because we are familiar with the security procedures as well as the standards that are applied at the datacenter. Because of this, we can assure you that you have your privacy securely protected at all times.
Tor exit nodes are allowed. DMCA is not relevant in Bulgaria, however, Bulgarian copyright law is in effect. Any reports or complaints are reviewed, and we try to address any issue with the customer's best interest in mind by contacting them first to resolve the problem.
Port 25 (SMTP) is not blocked for your server's default IP. However, port 25 is blocked for all floating IPs. If you wish to enable port 25 for any additional IP addresses, please contact us by opening a support ticket and explaining your situation. For more information about ports, please check out our article.
We accept Bitcoin and BTC Lightning Network payments. We also encourage customers to make use of this payment method as it enhances privacy and has lower fees. Additionally, we also use our own self-hosted wallet and no third-party gateways in order to further protect our customers’ privacy.
VPSBG is required to collect VAT (Value Added Tax) for customers that reside in the EU. VAT is not charged to Business or Charity customers that can provide a valid VAT registration number. You may enter your VAT registration number in the ‘Settings’ section of your profile. The displayed prices do not include VAT! VAT will be added to your invoice as a separate item!
