Does VAT apply for European Union customers?

VPSBG is required to collect VAT (Value Added Tax) for customers that reside in the EU. VAT is not charged to Business or Charity customers that can provide a valid VAT registration number. You may enter your VAT registration number in the ‘Settings’ section of your profile. The displayed prices do not include VAT! VAT will be added to your invoice as a separate item!

Do you accept Bitcoin payments? Can I get a custom discount?

We accept Bitcoin and BTC Lightning Network payments and we encourage this payment method for the best privacy and low fees. Custom discounts are possible, but if you would like to discuss this in more detail, please contact us .

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the service I receive?

Accepted Answer

Yes, of course. If you are not satisfied with the service you receive or you did not choose the right service for you, we will refund 100% of the amount you paid. Open a ticket or email us at sales@vpsbg.eu .

At the moment, we do not provide customized plans. We believe that our plans are well-constructed and you will find a perfect fit for your needs.

Do you perform server backups?

Accepted Answer

You can take a manual backup of your cloud VPS or VDS server anytime you want. Also, we do provide automated weekly server backups as an add-on you can purchase.

Do you offer unlimited bandwidth?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do offer 100Mbps and 1Gbps unlimited bandwidth for each of our hosting plans. For some plans the 100Mbps is also free. You can check them out in more detail in the service configurator or the pricing page .

What operating systems do you support?

We offer multiple Linux distributions and Windows Server versions, allowing you to deploy or reinstall with any of them in seconds: Linux Ubuntu 26.04 LTS, 24.04 LTS and 22.04 LTS Debian 13 and 12 AlmaLinux 10 and 9 Rocky Linux 10 and 9 Fedora 43 Windows Server 2025 2022 If you would like to run something that isn't on the list, you can also upload your own custom ISO.

What CPUs do you use for your cloud servers?

Our servers are built with AMD EPYC CPUs. Combined with lightning-fast NVMe SSDs, they are the perfect combination of performance and reliability.

Where are your servers located?

Our infrastructure and network are both physically located in Bulgaria's capital - Sofia. We currently provide servers in only one location due to the fact that our equipment is based here and because we are familiar with the security procedures as well as the standards that are applied at the datacenter. Because of this, we can assure you that you have your privacy securely protected at all times.

What network security products do you offer?

To further strengthen your security, you can take advantage of our various network options. We currently offer floating IPs (IPv4 and IPv6) that you can reassign between your virtual machines for better traffic management, downtime mitigation and overall security. We also offer 8Tbps+ DDoS-protected floating IPs, which can automatically mitigate high-volume attacks to help protect your server. Additionally, you can also create a VPC for free in order to create a local, isolated environment.

How fast is your network?

Every server node is connected to a 10Gbps port with multiple levels of redundancy, ensuring low latency and high performance.

Can I test your network?

Yes, of course, we also encourage it. You can take a look at our public Looking Glass page, which will let you run pings and traceroutes so that you can manually inspect paths and check reachability from our network to any destination you require. You can also download a set of test files from our Network page.

Can I set a reverse DNS (PTR) record for my floating IPs?

Yes, you can set a PTR record manually in seconds with a single click via the VPSBG Console.

What will the latency be since you are located in Bulgaria?

Accepted Answer

Bulgaria is a major regional connectivity hub, meaning that it is connected to multiple Tier 1 providers, CDN networks and Internet exchange points (as well as peering across 43 European locations via NetIX). Because of this, round-trip times are low and paths are short regardless of location, keeping latency at a minimum.

We usually respond to tickets within minutes. Our average response time is under 15 minutes.

When and how can I withdraw my commission?

Accepted Answer

The commission for affiliate partnership is released 45 days after the payment by the referred customer. You can request a withdrawal if the amount is at least 50 EUR.

Do I have to be a customer?

Accepted Answer

No, you do not have to be a customer to join our affiliate program. Anyone can sign up and start referring customers.

Question 21

I have referred customers, but my account balance has not increased. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

If 45 days have passed since the purchase and the customer was referred using your affiliate link and you don’t see any earnings: - The service was canceled prematurely. - The service has not been renewed. - The referred customer cleared the browser cookies or used another browser. If you think there has been a mistake, please contact us at sales@vpsbg.eu.

If the same customer was referred by several partners, which one gets the bonus?

The commission is credited to the partner whose referral link the customer used last before signing up.
