How to cancel your service

You can easily cancel your service via the client area. Simply log into your VPSBG account and navigate to the ‘services’ page.

How to cancel a VPS or VDS service

We will be sad to see you cancel your cloud VPS or VDS service, but if you wish, you can do so. Firstly, click on the ‘details’ button of the server that you wish to cancel.You will then be taken to the details page for the service. Navigate to the ‘settings’ tab and select ‘Service cancellation’ from the menu on the left as illustrated below:Next, choose whether you would like to immediately cancel your service or whether you would like to wait until the end of the billing period. Finally, click on the ‘request service cancellation’ button and your server will be terminated based on your preferences.

IMPORTANT: Once you have canceled your service, all of the data on the server will be permanently deleted. This is an irreversible process! Deleted data cannot be retrieved! If you have multiple active services, make sure you cancel the correct one!

How to cancel your shared hosting service

Once you have located the page, click on the ‘details’ button on the service that you wish to disable as illustrated below:You will then be taken to the details page for your service. From there, click on the button next to the billing parameters label as shown in the following image:

You will then be asked whether you would like to immediately terminate your service or whether you would want to wait out until the end of the billing period. Finally, you will be prompted to confirm your choice.

IMPORTANT: When you cancel a service, all data will be deleted! The process is irreversible so make sure you are canceling the correct service if you have multiple active ones on your account!
