What Is A VPC & How Does It Work?

A Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) creates a secure, isolated network for your cloud infrastructure, allowing servers and services to communicate privately.

Single-Tier

A web server equipped with a public IP and a private database share the same VPC. Internet traffic reaches the web server, and queries the database via VXLAN. The database itself remains hidden from the Internet.

Secure by Design, Built to Scale

Protect critical workloads with private networking, controlled access, and isolated infrastructure designed for modern cloud applications.

Our VPC

Resources connected to your VPC communicate over private network interfaces by default, reducing public exposure and helping keep internal services inaccessible from the internet unless explicitly configured otherwise.

When To Use A VPC

Private networking is an ideal choice for all businesses, projects and developers, looking to secure any data and environment and limit outside access.

Production Workloads

Keep critical applications and services isolated from public networks. A private network provides secure, low-latency communication between servers, improving performance and control for production environments. Ideal for databases, app servers and business-critical systems.

Protect Sensitive Data

Reduce exposure of sensitive information by keeping internal traffic off the public internet. Private networking helps secure databases, backups, internal services and regulated workloads while supporting compliance and security best practices.

Service Architecture

Build scalable and resilient infrastructure by connecting multiple services over a dedicated private network. Enable secure communication between web servers, databases, storage systems and microservices without relying on public-facing connections.

Separate Environments

Maintain clear separation between development, testing, staging and production environments. Private networking helps prevent accidental access, reduces security risks and allows teams to manage workloads independently while maintaining consistent connectivity.

How To Manage A Virtual Private Cloud

Creating and connecting to a VPC is extremely easy and it happens with a few clicks via the VPSBG Console.

How To Create A VPC

If you wish to create a new private network, simply navigate to the Networking tab from the menu on the left and select VPC Networks. Click on the Create button, assign your network a subnet, give it a name and that’s it!

How To Connect To A VPC

Connecting to a VPC is just as easy. Just open up the server you’d like to connect, go over to the Networking tab and click on the Join button. Enter your desired information, click attach and your cloud server will automatically join your VPC.
