Happy 8th birthday, VPSBG!

It was 8 years ago today that VPSBG launched its website and earned its first customers. For these 8 years, we have helped thousands of customers with their business and their online presence. When we look back after 8 years in the hosting industry, we are so proud to say that a lot of our employees are still with us as well as many of our first customers. That’s amazing! 

The story of VPSBG

We launched back in 2013 with the main goal to provide exceptional hosting services and with our enthusiasm for cloud technology and passion for customer care we had a great start. We knew what a hosting service would make us happy if we are the customer and more importantly we are continuing to listen to what our customers say will help their business and experience. Each year we are growing in customer base, server count, network capacity, employees, and so on. This shows us that we are on the right path.

We are proud of what we have done and what we provide to our customers!

If we look back after 8 years of change, improvement, development and a lot of love in our products, we proudly can say:

• Back in 2014, we were one of the first companies that started providing VPS with pure SSD storage in Bulgaria;
• We added an option for an advanced, superior and affordable DDoS protection (1.8Tbps+) to our customers and again, we were first in Bulgaria to do so;
• We were among the first to provide VPS and VDS on AMD EPYC CPU early in 2020;
• We also started using NVMe SSD for exceptional performance;
• We made our network and infrastructure more reliable, more redundant and super-powerful. 
• From the very beginning, we accepted cryptocurrencies as payment methods (Bitcoin and Litecoin).
• We started offering services like Windows VPS & Bitcoin VPS as alternatives to those who were seeking something different
• We improved the level of expertise of our customer service and we achieved better response times.
• We have launched a new service (Virtual Dedicated Instances) where the CPU is entirely dedicated to you (Dedicated CPU servers).

… and many more. And we did this while remaining an independent and privately owned company with no outside investors. Yes, we are proud!
